DeathAwaitsYouAll ::: Favorites its a reflection of the fish tank i believe.. you'd have to watch the whole eposide because this little clip doesn't show it. on the whole clip it shows a door then the fish tank and if you look into one of the corners of the fish tank theres two bright lights like those, so thats probably what it was.
