jawmalawm23 ::: Favorites Nah you didn't read my post properly. I said it should be challenged, the opposition has every right to reply. The All Blacks have adapted Ka Mate as theirs but alot of people don't understand that it is not. It was made by Ngati Toa Chief Te Rauparaha when he was on the run from Waikato tribesmen who were tryna kill him. Check out the translation of Ka Mate you'll find its more of a karakia or prayer. 07-08-18 15:49:55 _____________________________________________________
tippabu01 ::: Favorites So let me get this straight jawmalawmn, you want our teams to stand meekly by and be intimidated and be respectful before a game without a right to reply? You're a Maori so I accept you have more of a right to comment on the haka than most of the plonkers who post on youtube, but if you think that's fair then you're dead wrong. The haka is not only about intimidation it's about mutual respect (learned from a Maori co-worker), most of the NZ supporters show none of that. 07-08-17 18:54:29 _____________________________________________________
jawmalawm23 ::: Favorites I'm a Maori and I think the Haka should be challenged thats what its for its not a form of entertainment its to intimidate. Im sure you's aren't the only ones to disrespect the Haka look at Wales they wanted it done when they wanted so the All Blacks did it in the lockers instead. I think everytime the All Blacks play Wales they should do it in the lockers now cause they don't deserve to see it. 07-08-16 18:27:18 _____________________________________________________
backrowman ::: Favorites Anzac, I am English, I play and support Rugby and it is out of order not to respect the Haka! As a matter of interest, can any of our Kiwi friends confirm if we are the only set of supporters that do it? 07-08-16 06:22:55 _____________________________________________________
foggyjezz ::: Favorites bad omen? the french respect the haka and look what happens to them. the all blacks runover you anyway! 07-07-19 13:58:33 _____________________________________________________
Anzac1974 ::: Favorites Ah,typical British Lions crowds disrepecting the Haka. They should know already that it's a "bad omen" doing that which resulted in a smashing defeat of the British and Irish Lions...LOL So typical but dumb. Go All Blacks!!! 07-07-18 05:27:06 _____________________________________________________
