She is singing about a Russian instrument (maybe Ukranian), the intro is from a famous Russian folk song, and she is standing in front of what looks like a version of the communist flag. Also, a backup dancer is a man dressed in a full animal suit. It doesn't get better. Since this is Japan, I no longer even notice the fact that she looks like she's 12 and is dressed like she's 8.
