weightlifting doesnt stunt growth,i lifted heavy weight since grade 6 and i was 5:6 now im 5:13

kinda young to be lifting weights. unless you don't plan on growing taller, lifting heavy weights will stunt your growth. gotta admit, you have good physique.

my max bench.. the last time i did it which was months ago was 171.6 10 times and ive never done max rep for leg press but i do 440 for sets of 3 and 10 reps but today i added another 44 on the third set

I usually do shoulder shrugs, but didn't have heavier dumb bells at home so I used the straight bar.

Excelent, good form kid. Good to see you havent taken examples form some idiots who stack on too much & swing body for momentum. You'll go a long way training that way. Good work !

Great Job but your rocking a Tad bit try this Make your back firm and solid stand like your up agenst a wall let ur arms do the work ..you still did it however you do what im telling you dude youll be curling like 110 in no time also do high reps of 15 then down to high reps of 10 then if you still can move down the ladder from high of 10 to high 5 and last the bar of as amny as you can do HINCE burnout ...ive dont this and im now up to a curl of 150 pounds ..let me know how you like it

Your absolutely right man. I really didn't notice my elbows moving while I was doing it, but I notice it a lot while I watch it on camera. Thanks for the advice.
