the First Kerbaros Movie 'Red Spectacles' came out in 1986 accompained second movie in 1990 called 'Stray Dog' and Jin-Roh in 1999 (in Japan)along with it's own comic series called Panzer Cops: Hell Hounds all of which had the glowing eye's gas masks and MG machingun (Red Spectacles they had MG-34's and the rest of the movies they had MG-42, not sure about the comics) so unless Enemy Territory came out before 1986. Then I'd say they copied from Mamoru Oshii
