It's a god item and extremely rare and by having a high level and magic strings (Bragi) you can do this with having almost no cast delay (Maybe like .1 second) This is because that skill gets rid of your cast delay. First of all, they were both using a god item that adds 50 dexterity; basically, with a dex/int creator and buffs they're going to get IC very easily with mjolnirs.
